We have already had 3 other days at sea and they usually follow the same routine, eat, drink and stroll around the ship. Brodie's bar was sometimes, a to convenient temptation as we explored the ship.
Atul Kochhar, renowned 2 Michelin Starred chef, and one of Britannia’s food heroes, has a restaurant called Sindhu on board Britannia. The cuisine is traditional Indian cuisine with contemporary twists with a more upmarket fine dining feel.
We tried the restaurant one evening and even as we walked towards the restaurant, we could smell amazing aromas wafting through the air of different spices.
The food was delicious, of high standards and exactly the kind of amazing dishes with modern fusion that you would expect from Atul Kochhar. Just had to repeat the experience on a another sea day.
